This website provides information about the SwissRex Crypto Fund. It uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and it sets no cookies.

4. Hosting with Vercel

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (“Vercel”). When the website is accessed, Vercel automatically processes technically necessary connection data (so-called server logs), in particular the IP address, the date and time of access, the page accessed, the browser type and the operating system. This data is required for the delivery, stability and security of the website; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other data sources or evaluated for analytics or marketing purposes – no analytics services are in use.

5. Local storage (no tracking)

If you confirm the notice regarding your investor category, your browser stores this choice in so-called localStorage so that the notice does not reappear on every visit. No personal data is collected in this process and no information is transmitted to us or to third parties; the storage is necessary for the service you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete the entry at any time via your browser settings.

6. Monthly report & investor updates via MailerLite

On the website you can subscribe to the monthly factsheet & fund report and occasional investor updates by email. For this purpose we process your email address as well as the time of subscription and unsubscription. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); subscription uses a double opt-in procedure – you first receive a confirmation email and are only added to the mailing list after clicking the confirmation link. You can expect approximately one email per month.

For sending, we use the service MailerLite of MailerLite Limited, Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, D02 P593, Ireland, as a processor. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – via the unsubscribe link in every email or by message to swissrex@f5crypto.com.
